These are special stretches created by Master Wong to help circulate Qi. Think of it as Qi Gong stretches. We like to call it Regenerative Stretches because many of our athletes have found it useful for recovering faster through our Regenerative Stretches compared to other stretches.
The Regenerative Stretches also helps lubricate joints and relieve aches in the body. These special stretches can also help reduce fatigue and invigorate the body.
