BaGua Steps of Tai Chi

These Special Bagua Steps were passed down by Grand Master Cheng Jin Cai (indoor disciple of Chen Zhao Kui) to his 1st & 2nd generation of students.

Master Wong (who trained with GM Cheng from 1999 to his death in 2016) is able to share these secret stepping methods. This secret training steps was passed down by Chen Zhao Kui and NO other school in the world knows this training method.

These steps are similar to Baguazhang steps but it is more effective and more useful in combat then mudstepping.

These Bagua Tai Chi stepping helps increase flexibility and coordination in the legs. It helps all joints below the hips.

Bagua Tai Chi steps trains the practitioner to effectively change direction at any time to face an opponent.

Purpose of Bagua Tai Chi Steps:
*Pivot – Outmaneuvering an opponent
*Evading – Side stepping an opponent
*Block and attack from side or back
*Trapping an opponent from retreating while attacking you
*Leg and foot Chin Na
*Attacks to the legs

Once you learn these steps, Master Wong will review how to use them effectively in combat and self defense.
