BaGua Steps of Tai Chi

These Special Bagua Steps were passed down by Grand Master Cheng Jin Cai to his 1st & 2nd generation of students. These steps are similar to Baguazhang steps but it is more effective and more useful then mudstepping.

Purpose of Bagua Tai Chi Steps:
*Pivot – Outmaneuvering an opponent
*Evading – Side stepping an opponent
*Block and attack from side or back
*Trapping an opponent from retreating while attacking you
*Leg and foot Chin Na
*Attacks to the legs

Once you learn these steps, Master Wong will review how to use them effectively in combat and self defense.

Prerequisites:
1. Intro to Tai Chi
2. Chen Tai Chi 38 movement form (Suggested)
