The Pineal Gland produces melatonin and it is very important in regulating the Yin and Yang cycles of the body. As you age, you produce less melatonin and the Yin/Yang cycles of the body is in disharmony. Healing only occurs in the Yin cycle. That is why sleep is very important. Sleep itself is not good enough to activate the Pineal Gland and produce melatonin, the Pineal Gland must be stimulated to to produce melatonin.
Calcification of the Pineal Gland gradually occurs as you age. This can be due to natural and unnatural causes. This same workshop can also help decalcify the deposits in the Pineal Gland.
